LND's aim is to inform our audience about social media traps, so that
they can learn to be mindful
of their own habits.
We want to help creatives, creators, and our audience be mentally healthier about social media by teaching lessons about the pitfalls and bear traps that come with social media e.g., learning about passive screen time vs active screen time.
